I feel this. I’ve been motivated a lot in my low moments by the idea of any 3-5 minute task that will make you feel better is worth doing. When I’m laying down and don’t want to get up, I let myself take a 10 minute nap with the promise of after I’ll do the quick task.

I’ve felt this way. Many times.
Recently I packed up all my stuff and drove back across the country to live with my parents (I got tested before I went inside).
Shower. Start there.
A good nights rest helps.
Open the blinds a bit on a window near where you’re sleeping so that when it’s morning it’ll help you get up.
Eat something good for you in the morning, filling, something that will give you energy.
Set small goals for yourself throughout the day that are focused on your wellbeing.
