I've asked a few questions for my sister, passing another one along.
Is there defined promotion criteria from LA to SA? Or does it depend on admin chain, org, and/or politics?
She is looking at LA positions now as a potential comeback kid, and while she was at BAH 10+ years ago, she's forgotten the details, though they'd likely be severely outdated even if she remembered.
TIA!

No, this watch belongs on a strap.

Contrarian view: I would buy the watch on a bracelet (your option 3) and then source a NATO fabric strap (your option 1) from any of the million sellers of NATO straps, as well as a leather strap (but not a one-piece type like your option 2, I think that would make the watch wear really tall). I agree with others that 80% of the time I would wear this watch on a NATO, but if you ever feel like switching it up to steel having the OEM bracelet is well worth the 80 bucks. Leather strap is a good option to have at one point, but for me it wouldn’t be this strap.

My comment, but longer. 😂

I’ve never seen one on a metal bracelet. Heads up it wears big bc of the long lugs. I’d try it on before pulling the trigger.
