I am a revenue cycle manager in a central billing office. I’ve done this work for 3 companies now and the salary varies greatly depending on where you work. My first promotion to manager I was making 54k plus 3k in yearly bonus. I left that company and got a job making 75k with 3k in yearly bonus. I’m now with another company making 83k with 20% my salary in yearly bonus with total of about 100k a year.

Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?

I have 2.5y of product experience at an early-stage startup. This is my first product job where I’ve learned most of what I know on the job itself. Though I’ve shipped our core product from 0-to-1 and it’s doing well, I’m not sure if I’m doing my job properly or well. How/where can I practically learn how I should be doing things including but not limited to discovery, metrics, GTM, etc so that I can feel more confident about my work? This lack of confidence is translating to interviews as well

Hi! Also, when I ask my boss what they’d like to see, I don’t ever get a clear answer. (Cont’d in comments)

By advancement, I mean I would earn the degree and then try to find a job at a competitor. My leaders either don’t have graduate degrees or they don’t seem to value them.

I have leadership roles such as charge nurse over the 8 years I’ve been an RN so Ive never had an official management role. I have my BSN and OCN. Did I accept an unfair offer or should I expect that because of my lack of experience in management? Thanks
