I'm up for a promotion from Senior Account Director to VP Group Account Director. I have 6-7 solid years of director experience and I'm based in NYC. 12+ years digital experience overall. Promoted to AE in the fall and have gotten no negative feedback whatsoever- I ask consistently. I have notes saved from clients, VPs, ECDs etc singing my praises and have been getting AS offers at other agencies since October. I am confident that I am ready for a promotion to AS as I am doing the duties of the empty position above me but am worried that I will look greedy asking this soon.
