Any tips for getting your baby to sleep better? She is almost 2 months old and her sleep schedule seems to be worsening. We put on a sound machine, swaddle her, and only put her in the crib when she’s already fallen asleep. She is just restless in her sleep and multiple times a night she will lose her pacifier then wake up. We believe she has acid reflux so we think laying her on her back is part of it, but we can’t do much about that.

I feel that former employer might have slandered my reputation. AWS-SAA question (newbie): I know AWS account is a root account & by default gives user access/permissions to all the AWS services. You need to have an aws account first to then create IAM users to define who they are, permission groups they’re in, and the level of access/permissions they have to a bucket/object for example. So....when the IAM users are added, do they receive a notification with the url to access the environment? Do they need an aws account as well? Confused on difference

Thoughts on telling manager the news after 20wks? I’m negotiating my pay for next year and paranoid that telling them I’m pregnant will affect their decision. I’m 19 weeks now. 5w5d pregnant and all of my symptoms have suddenly stopped as of 2 days ago. My inflammation markers are also quite high (vs. my non-pregnancy baseline). My first ultrasound is next week, and I’m terrified that I no longer have a viable pregnancy.

Postpartum recovery is real y’all. I spent so much time preparing for a natural labor that I didn’t mentally prepare for recovery. I had all the supplies but goddamn it’s been painful and hard feeling debilitated. Not trying to share for pessimisms sake but think people don’t talk enough about this part. It’s not easy and we will get through but I think knowing what to expect is important.

I went for my 11 week ultrasound today, and they said they do not measure heart rate beyond 10 weeks. I found a lot of information online about measuring the range of heart beat so it’s in the right range, so I expected to find out. However not measuring it — seems odd to me — is this consistent with your experiences at other hospitals too
