I am feeling really nervous. I’m almost done with two weeks of training before being realized to our teams and I have never done AR in medical billing before. I feel kind of lost and we use MDIV. Is anyone in AR? Does it get better? I really wanted to be more prepared before seeing my team and future boss and they said it will be a learning curve (6 mos) but still 😑 help any advice pls?

Hi all. My doctor just told me he’s putting me on 6 weeks of disability leave due to a lingering injury that has become complicated. My year review is in the next couple weeks at my job. At what point do I bring this up? I was supposed to negotiate my raise and talk about the hybrid schedule that was promised to me but never given. My boss is manipulative, but I’m a top performer. He’s not gonna be happy that I have to be gone for 6 weeks. What should I do? Any advice is appreciated!! Thx

Their a little old school in their methods but I do see the younger gen. coming in to make changes. 2nd offer is at a newer firm however i’ve heard great things, and they offered 80k, unl. PTO, 1500 billable hours, bonus incentives qrtrly, & 50% health ins. WHY can’t I make a decision? HELP

A Financial Planner pitched Index Universal Life insurance leveraging Kai-Zen strategy. Basically pay 18k premiums per year and lender pays another 15k. Then years 6-10 lender contributes 17k. After 15 years, the cash value is used to pay of the lender and then by the time I am 65, I can start tax free distributions of around 160k/yr. Anyone heard of this strategy? Help. I work with 5 female accounts - all either an AD or senior. In every meeting I seem to be the only one with no support - either I work on projects that gets least attention or escalated attention (only to be fingerpointed after for not “sharing at the right time”), no back-up when I am ooo/sick, no support when a client asks for things I clearly had been waiting their internal approval about, and apparently everything I do is wrong or met with eye roll when I ask for review. What are the consequences of quitting V50 four months in to join a federal agency? The agency is my dream job that I will see myself in for 8-10 years.
