My stamped H1B visa is valid till 2022 but my I94 is valid till 30th Jan 2021(as per passport expiry date, got new passport now). Immigration team at office filed for H1B extension to extend i94 with USCIS but received RFE today. Can i stay in US and keep working after 30th?

Getting cut tomorrow, asked lawyers about green card situation but haven’t received a reply. H1B is valid until 2023 and still waiting for I-485 to get approved (received EAD card). My understanding is that I have to get a similar job in 60 days? What does this mean for my GC application? If anyone knows please help, TIA!

Any advice on someone who barely squeaked thru undergrad gpa was 2.5 Yea I know it’s terrible but I underachieved to say the least. I’m 35 now and accomplished quite a lot in finance but looking at creating a path to becoming a fund manager. Already have my CFA and FINRA licenses but a MBA would look great too for my company. I accepted a base salary of $60k as a first year associate and to expect an end of year bonus based on the settlement of my partner’s cases that I work on substantially. The bonus was only $2500 and I got a base pay raise that still doesn’t bring me into the lower 25% of the market rate. Feeling really undervalued and not sure if this is normal in “plaintiffs world”
