I am a Principal Solutions Architect with 13 YOE of which 5 years exp is with Biotech focusing on Public Cloud (AWS) & overall AWS exp. 9 years. I need suggestions /opinions if applying for a Senior Solutions Architect (Level6) at AWS makes sense or if I should aim for a Principal SA (level 7) role at AWS with Healthcare & Lifesciences industry experience. If it makes any difference, I worked for AWS ProServe as an external SA in the past. Any insights / feedback appreciated.

Would love to hear about your gardening leave experience, especially in the event production sector, i.e. Gartner, Forrester, etc. I’m planning my resignation and I’m unsure if I should plan my next endeavor around it. I plan to continue my career in event production but as an in-house producer for a solution provider, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

First it's tough to break into Data Science or Analytics if you don't have any relevant experience. If they do consider you it'll be for a beginner position which might not do justice to your expectations for a post MBA role or salary.
ESG on the other hand is an entirely different field having quite a few projects in US and Europe. But it'll be a niche field. If you're okay with that you should brush up a bit on the different types of Sustainability Reporting tools and keep up-to-date with the latest happenings. KPMG is hiring in numbers for their ESG team I think.

I don't know if certificates in any of those helps, unless you've worked live on a project with either Tableau or PowerBI. Python though go for it.
