I am from Europe and have 9+ years of experience in Compliance, AML, KYC, EDD, and Transaction Monitoring, including managerial positions. I was offered a Compliance Associate job at a US fintech for 50k. Seems low, but the ranges I saw go from as low as 45k to over a 100k. What would be the reasonable salary?

With over 9 YOE, I would expect you to be classified as "senior" for that role (if not in title, at least in pay). $50k isn't terrible, but I would aim for between $60k and $80k.

I recently interviewed for a role at Goldman Sachs and completed all the levels. After the final interview HR sent me a link to fill out the Compensation Questionnaire and requested for related documents. Next day, another HR called me for some clarification and told me that they are going to request for some approvals. Does this mean I can expect an offer letter? If yes, how long will that process take?

Hi people. My spouse has 11 YOE in Java (backend) with 15 lpa ctc and NP of 90 days. Uploaded CV 3 weeks ago on Naukri for job change. Has worked in two companies and has been a consistent performer.

While there have a few calls till now, many are on third-party payrolls. There have been mails direct from HRs asking for resume but no response after that. Over other calls, quoted 100% hike expectation given current low salary.

Wondering why no interviews yet. Please share your valuable inputs.

Looking for advice on negotiating a raise. My current company recently "reviewed all salary positions to determine if they were needed to be competitive in the market". Of course they came to the conclusion that none were needed. The issue is that there are very very few positions, similar to what I do, to compare against. I'm highly skeptical as to what they actually compared us against so my question is... Is it worth using similar positions in different industries as a comparison?

Maybe it was my bad for not asking for not negotiating my pay raise, but I am wondering what you would do in this situation?
