Just started a new Data Analyst position in which I have constant meetings with senior leadership and executives. I really hate the CPA exams for soul-crushing. I am rather planning to break into the top MBA programs at the time. I have financial resources to do so but I feel quite mixed after getting the Macc for KPMG position without pursuing the CPA.

Curious what Salaries are for Account Managers with 6 YOE and two different territories for the last four of those 6 years. No commission/bonuses ever given and no promotions since I took the position 6 years ago despite speaking up several times. COL raises at 1.5% and I now make 70k but at the top of my pay range. I’m starting to look for other jobs now because I’m fed up with having two territories without a raise for the extra work. I feel I should have been promoted to Senior AM long ago.

Considering jumping ship laterally from an HR Consultant role to an internal HR Consultant / HRBP role. However, mgr has confirmed that I am up for promotion at the end of the year. I received offer form Mindtree and I have accepted too. They have given me joining date as 15th November. But in my current company they extended my lwd. I requested my spoc from Mindtree for extending my joining date by a week. I haven't heard anything from Mindtree after the mail and spoc is not attending my calls now.
Do anyone faced similar situation and do Mindtree is very stringent with extending joining date??
