I'm not planning to go to get a proper degree but I'm taking a bunch of online courses ( udemy, datacamp, etc). What field it is easier to get in without degree ... Honestly, I’ve never been more disappointed to be an HR professional than in the last couple years. As someone who has heard and experienced the unprofessionalism during the candidate experience, I literally am questioning daily why I went into this line of work. But I tried to stay and impact the change I want to see. I just am really frustrated by an unprofessional HR Director I encountered during an interview.

HR discussion was completed and got an confirmation email that I've cleared all rounds on Jan 10th. HR was mentioning that the hiring process is on hold. It's been a month already and HR is asking to wait for 1-2 weeks everytime. Will I get offer letter?

Is it appropriate to follow up after interviews to ask why you were not selected? And/or ask for feedback so that you can develop and improve professionally?

I've had SEVERAL interviews since February, and I keep getting rejected and it's starting to leave me feeling discouraged. I've been in my current position for just over 3 years and in the industry for around 4 years and have a bachelor's in Legal Studies. The positions I've applied to all vary in nature.

Seeking advice pls- I’m looking at new roles for various reasons, one being that where I am at is not a healthy environment. I had an interview and everything for the most part was nice, but I didn’t like how my interviewer cursed a couple of times as part of the conversation. I have no problem with cursing it just felt a little too informal and comfortable for the setting. Am I overreacting? I’m just scared that I will be going to a more toxic environment.

Yesterday I attended MS hackerrank test and was able to solve some Java based MCQ and one sql query correctly but not able to execute a code with any passed test case so should I expect a call from a recruiter for an interview?
