I am going into a second interview for a project coordinator position at a new manufacturing company. I have gotten information regarding the number/type of projects I’d be handling. I expect the question regarding compensation is coming up. The PC job posting listed a $82-90k pay range. If I say $85-95k how will they perceive this? I feel somewhere between $90-95k would align with my professional experience. Thoughts and input would be much appreciated!

I need insight on these “Tell me about a time” interview questions. I understand the response format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) however, I’m having difficulty with needing to have a story for a hella ton of scenarios when they’re asking these questions. Hi guys! I had an interview last Saturday with the CEO for an EA role (that was the 3rd interview). The company rushed the process for me because they knew I had another offer. The first 2 interviews went extremely well that’s why they rushed & asked the ceo to interview me on a Sat. morning. Huge common point: The CEO and I are both French. The interview went kinda weird… it was less than 15min. Looked distracted/ not prepared. When I asked him questions he barely elaborated. Comments⬇️

Mid 20s, 3.5 YOE-- been interviewing with roles and firms since October without luck (handful of making it to final interview round but no offer). And I've recently been dropping out of interviews just because I feel the burnout of having done 2-3 interviews a week since Thanksgiving.

How do you manage the drive to find a role vs the burnout of actually pursuing the role?

Looking for some guidance and advise: I'm at the tail end of the interview process with a company and am told I've got one last round to go with their VP. I've also been invited by the recruiter and the hiring director for an in-person visit to their office to meet them the very next day to show around and then they'll treat me out for dinner. I haven't received any offer from them yet. Is this normal/usual for employers to invite candidates for dinners before making an offer?

(1) I recently interviewed for a senior auditor position at a company and hadn’t heard back from them so I followed up. The recruiter’s response was that I was still being considered for the position but the team had moved forward with other candidates that were better suited due to their experience. The recruiter also said that they enjoyed my interview but the team felt I needed a bit more work experience and that they would reach out if they would like to move forward with me.

I’m in the 2nd and final round for a position with a well know company. However, they haven’t asked me my salary expectations yet and am unsure if I provided expectations on my job application. How should I handle this IF the final interview goes well?

I’ve recently interviewed for an EA/Special Assistant role to CEO, VC and then f2f with the CEO, plus also met current EA. CEO has just returned from 3 weeks leave this Monday and EA has been in touch to let me know “CEO would like to find another time to speak with me this Friday” - We had discussed salary, start date and intro’d me to others in office but CEO also asked if I would find role limiting so unsure what to expect… 30 mins video call in for Friday. Thoughts on what to expect?
