Got an offer from Square. Finance role. 13YOE. 240k base + 400k RSU over 4years (1yr cliff then quarterly vesting) + 15k sign-on. Fully remote option. Can go to office whenever I can. Is this a good offer? First time to change my career path and no idea if this is a good offer in the tech industry.

I am offered a Product Manager role to work at a startup based out of Atlanta in a fully remote role. I currently live about 25 minutes north west of Washington, DC. Want to move to Colorado from TX. Position is remote and would allow that. What do I need to know? TX is a no-income tax state, with high property taxes and no rent control. Usually no snow (except the recent freezes) and where I am elevation usually isn't an issue either. 40+ Cis gender gay man here - often get mistaken by straight people as one of them and I think it's been a factor in getting an offer at a privately held, very Christian conservative company and I'm torn because the job sounds like a dream - their culture is leave-work-at-work and zero WFH which sounds amazing but I worry about values and culture clash around the water cooler.

Hello All, I have got an Offer from PWC as an Associate in the Advisory line of service. The team is mentioned to be Forensics. Wanted to check how is the team and what are the WFH arrangements. I was interviewed in @Oracle May 1st week
Several interview callas happened for next 3 weeks
And then they gave me a verbal offer and my Hiring Manager said once it's approved in system it should come to you formally
And then after one week (May 31) my BGC got initiated, it took one week to complete (HM confirmed)
After this nothing much happened, when chased the HM said fiscal year end delaying executive approvals
I am still waiting, not sure what do I expect from them here,if anyone can help
