Whats the recommended answer time for interview questions? Feel like different consultants suggest different lengths. I’ve heard 3-4 mins for tell me abt youself, and 2-3 mins for everything else...thoughts??
Hope you all doing well!

Considering the opportunities I have which one would be the better choice in work culture wise.

Recruiter re-scheduled my second round interview due to limited interviewer availability, which seems to be the case for the next few weeks as well (when I followed up to ask how the rescheduling was looking). Should I be…concerned?
What type of case studies are people getting when interviewing for Strategy roles? How about Finance? Are they the same style/depth as consulting case studies? Are the examples from as "Case in Point" or "Hacking the Case" a good representation? Going to start applying in the next month or two and want to brush up on my skills.

Has anyone interviewed with Gartner? I have my first round/phone screen interview for the Associate Principal Analyst- Supply Chain? TYIA. ☺️
Often in the interview, interviewer asks about how virtual dom works or what is react or where is implementation of setTimeoutEffect(in v6 or ESMAScripts). Or Even in Nodejs interview they ask about event loop or v8 engine r libuv which is not required while programming with nodejs. I was just curios why they ask these, because in actual development I dont think these concepts are much helpful (even if those are the once we build things on), these are only for what is happening in background

Now after 60 days HR mailed me that my candidature is on "Business Withhold",They will get back when it's resolved.
Is there still any hope or it is just a false explanation before they will permanently close my candidature.

Is it difficult to move from A3 into S1 in TAS/FDD? I’m newly promoted as an S1 in audit, but the title is not effective until 7/1. Does it make sense to wait until my title is effective to apply? I was thinking that might be a litmus test some places.

Does anyone else feel trapped? I’m 31 and by normal standards, I’m an adult - I have a career, am financially responsible, make responsible choices. However, when it comes to my interactions with colleagues and leaders, I feel a lack of confidence & trapped in awkwardness. Even though I’m knowledgeable about the work I do, I get tongue tied and nervous when speaking to leaders. I look very young too so am always self conscious about whether I’m being taken seriously. How do you improve presence?

I want to work remotely, but am needing ideas for what to put on my resume. I’ve been an RN for 15 years and have worked mainly in hospitals: med surg, and some work in LTC, SNF, ALF, hospice. I have a year of teaching nursing students in clinicals and labs, and some lecture teaching. Also, I have done regional advising at a call center for 7 months. Just how to put this on a resume to “sell” myself seems challenging.

Hi there, I am looking for remote nursing jobs in New Hampshire. I have my compact nursing license, my BSN and have been a nurse for almost 6 years. Before that, I was an LNA. I come with experience. I can’t seem to get an interview for these types of jobs. Ill get eyes on my applications, will get a call back and then turned away due to having a compact license. For ex. I got a call back from A company out of Maine but says I need a Maine license. Anyone else have this issue?

Expected salary I should ask for? Referrals would be helpful!
I work in clinical research and I’m under consideration to work for another research facility; however I hesitate because it’s a consulting position that can turn to permanent. It’s a huge pay increase (8-10 more) with benefits, PTO, etc. Any thoughts about consulting or temp-to-permanent jobs?
