My EOY review is coming up. Here I plan to lobby for a promotion/raise (been at company for 1.5 yrs). Some backstory: During my hiring process I was told by my now boss and VP they were also going to hire a senior engineer to help me along. They never hired such senior engineer because I have over performed and do more than they thought I could (have been told this in 2 performance reviews). Thus, is it fair to ask for a raise and promotion to Senior engineer?

A friend of mine has been recruited in accenture for a position but post joining they haven't contacted him. Assigned him to a project but have not assigned him any role or responsibility. It been almost two months since he joined the organization . Can anyone kindly suggest what he has to do on this situation. Do he has to wait until someone reaches out to him, Or does he need to contact someone and ask them about his roles and responsibilities. He is a bit worried now.

My competency level is already P3 which expires in 2023 . The assessment window is again open do I have to attempt it despite the fact I am already P3 , because in priorities it is clearly mentioned if competency<P3 reappear between 90 ans 120 days
