4th year V20 corp associate looking to switch into litigation (hopefully at a V50) and don’t mind starting over as first/second year. You know how if a designer is stuck they like go to Behance & immediately get inspired. What are some go to places for writers? I’m stuck on a manifesto. And I hate my life.

What are your honest thoughts about gender inequality in the industry? Do you think gender has something to do with how far you go or is it just a matter of hard work?

Would jumping to in-house for a ~40% raise, worth it? It’s a software company that seems a bit dated and boring tbh so I’m worried I’d burn myself out but the pay is attractive. Would it be a bad move to leverage the offer to try to get my current agency to even meet me halfway? We’re doing okay financially now and I’ve been there for a year. I like the work and the people but it’s very disorganized which is beyond frustrating. In-house seems more structured but likely less creative.

Is working at a healthcare agency early in your career a bad move if you really want to do the traditional ad route? I ask because I was approached to apply for one (highly awarded). I’m a copywriter for a startup. I get asked to write emails, print ads, video scripts, google ads, etc. All of these come from different people. Any tools to help organize?
