Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. This on-site usually is gajar. Don’t fall for such shit. However, do thorough research on EPAM before joining.
A bit confused , loved EPAM interviee process , standard and every week they setup a call with me with their leaders , so it looks like they clearly have the vision for me , keeping in mind the high package and all .. So , thinking to join EPAM
44 lpa all fixed?
Better switch (y)
Epam is hire and fire but 44 lpa is worth the risk in my opinion. Anyways they pay like 3 months severance when they layoff
thanks for the suggestion
Having a stable job is more important. In EPAM also if you don't get a project I have seen people posting in fishbowl that they deduct half pay.
What's the use of switching then ?
EPAM is having good clients. Only in recent times heard of laying off else it was good before.
Just to know what's your skillset..
Chief
Onsite is fake
Only join in epam if you are done with client interview and allocated to specific project
are you done with the client round.. who is client and what about tech stack .. ?
not yet
will it be safe joining EPAM?
