I need to vent. I officially feel DEFEATED in my job search. I’ve been searching for over two years! I’ve had a handful of interviews with companies that don’t come close to my currently salary. I made it all the way through Meta and Amazon interview loops and I didn’t make the cut. Those hurt bad as both those companies require all day interview sessions. A total of 10 interviews at each company. I feel I may never get out of consulting 😢

Trans and in early stages, not ready to social transition. I used COVID to grow out my hair and start laser. Now that we are back to limited in person meetings, co-workers will notice the longer hair. And maybe the lesser facial hair.
