After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.

Based on your title, it could because you’re too senior to move as an associate. It gets hard once you aren’t a midlevels - not enough runway, firm has the seniors it intends to promote, they assume you couldn’t hack it at your current firm. Demand just tends to be low for senior associates.
I’m not at a law firm right now. I’m at a Big 4 firm in an FS Regulatory group. I graduated last May and am pending admission to the bar.
