Breathe! Deep breaths in. Focus on your breathing. You are alive. You have a job. You get paid. You get miles. Focus on what you can control. What thoughts do you dwell on during your attack? Are you worried about things beyond your control?
OP, you can do it. This sounds similar to performance anxiety. Whatever you are worried about, you can do. Put your mind to it. Put your grind to it. You got this.
Break it down. Track your physical reactions. Acknowledge them. Then start just breathing. Focus on the inhale. Then the air in your belly. Then the exhale
I feel your pain, OP. This used to be me. If the worst possible thing happened and you lost your job, how bad would it be? Probably not that bad, right? I found a way to care less because there are things much more important to care about. Hope this helps.
Try to focus on something else during the weekend. Meet friends or immerse in a hobby. Monday will come at its own pace and it won’t be as bad as you think. Promise.
OP, Acceptance of your anxiety goes a long way. Remember that anxiety is your friend. Oftentimes it misfires from false signals of danger. Thank your anxiety, experience it fully if it's there instead of running away from it and it will decrease. Recognize the thoughts that are driving your anxiety and question their validity. Also, like someone else said, what's the worse that can happen? Lot more to life than this job. As others have said, diapraghmattic breathing (belly breathing) does wonders for bringing down anxiety instantly.
Thank you for everyone who responded. Hearing from this community meant the world to me. Thank you.

Are you already under treatment for this?
Ok good that you are in therapy! To be honest, just relax as best as you can - nothing is earth shattering in this line of work :)
