Happy Halloween! Hope everyone stays safe today. It has been two months since my last role at a law firm. I had only gotten one interview or no callbacks since then.

I am unsure if my resume is wrong in terms of not tailoring my resume or working for multiple law firms for a few months due to being hired through a recruiting agency.

What should I do to get more callbacks/interviews? Should I reach out to HR/Recruiter directly? Should I get a paralegal cert? Should I do the programs on Forage?

I've been in the interview process for a Security PgM position and passed my onsite after doing a follow-up interview. About a month ago, my recruiter at Google notified me that due to positive feedback from my onsite follow-up interview, that I would be moving to the team matching stage.

Though I send an email every 2 weeks, I've heard nothing back from the recruiter since that initial call after the follow-up.
