I am in a bind right now. My priority date is December 2013 EB2 India. Considering final action dates for EB3 in October my date was current. Hence I am in process of filing a EB3 downgrade and AOS. However the November visa bulletin has retrograde the dates to Jan 2012 for EB3. Many are saying EB2 will move ahead than EB3 eventually. With this background should I just cancel the downgrade plan or at least get the EAD and AP while at it? I have my EB2 I-140 approved.

All fellow folks who have been waiting for GC for years and hence can’t change job. How do you motivate yourself or what keep you motivated when you see you are constantly being overlooked for promotion or better career opportunities or someone getting a lot of credit for your work etc. while folks around you are able to earn more, jump ships and get more out their career. I understand this job is better than job in another country pay wise but what keeps you going ?
