How do you guys(those staying with parents at home) claim HRA for tax saving?

I joined Deloitte there, it's not allowed to put "relative" as your landlord and claim HRA even though you make rent agreement.

So I guess, my amount around ~1,80,000Rs of HRA won't be calculated automatically and TDS will happen.

I can, I believe, claim this while filing my IT Returns next year.

So question here is - what all evidence do I need to collate?

Receipts;? even Agreement is needed? What else?

HRA:- Living with parents. Planning to claim 1.9lac in rent. Taking base as 39583 and 40% of it as lowest. Rent in my area is around 20k to 25k.

HIP- 15k
Parents HIP - 50k (dad retired)

Total Taxable:- 4.926 lac

A quick question. 80C has a limit of 1.5L. Does that limit include my pf also.?
My part of PF is 80k per annum. Does this mean I'll have to declare only 70k since 80k has already been exhausted due to my PF ?

If I make some payment in NPS today but if units are not alloted by tomorrow, then can this amount be deducted from taxable income for fy 21-22?
