MS Finance and MBA are two different degrees, not to mention each are in completely different regions. Ask yourself what your goals are, is it to come to the USA? Or is it to flourish in Asia or the UK?

Yes its stem certified and OPT for 24 months and then the long road of h1B.

In that case, babson might works.

Actually i want to leave Asia, precisely tired of asia. So inseqd sg campus i visited in 2016 but didn't like it at all

Would "odd" programming experience be considered against the AWS higher level cert requirements? Never officially been a Dev at any of my positions, but did a lot of smaller, "homegrown" projects at each, i.e. python scripts to automate certain processes.

Thinking about a pivot to AWS tech, getting the certs, just didn't want to be 'stuck' not being able to qualify for the higher level ones.

I recently graduated with a bachelors in finance, and have recently got hired (5 months ago) as a financial analyst. Realistically I do FP&A for a company. I have realized I am not a huge fan of doing non stop spreadsheet all day. Am thinking I’d enjoy my career more by becoming a financial planner and getting my CFP certification. Maybe in the future opening up my own firm. Any advice on what career move to make next in order to accomplish this? CFP requires 3 years of relative experience.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. Is there a difference in value between pursuing an MBA at an accredited, but not ivy, and a certification (business analytics or CIA)?

Does one provide more value than the other? I've heard the MBA's shine is dimming and don't want to waste time if a certificate can do the same for me.

Started at a new firm in a new area of law a few months ago. Thoughts on asking for a one on one with my senior associate to check in on how I’m meeting expectations thus far? Would this make me seem insecure? I’m afraid I’m not “up to par” - I teeter back and forth between ‘it’s a new type of law and firm environment, you’re learning, it’s okay’ to ‘80% of what I do comes back with substantial redlines and that means I’m failing’. 5th yr btw. TIA.
