Can you share a little more about the job? What type of facility? Ideally, what is the name? I like to do some research before deciding whether to send over my resume. Thanks!

So nice of you. Thank you. Let me just review my resume so I can send it to you. I'll keep in touch.

Newly diagnosed & medicated and new to consulting.
I’m great with clients but getting bad evaluations because I’m slow to produce work and don’t take time to communicate status.
I’m trying really hard but I keep getting stuck in perfection loops and scared to share things before they’re perfect.

Did you struggle with this & find a way to improve? I’m terrified I’m going to get counseled out, but I love this job so much.

I’m contributing post-tax 401k offered by my employer to take advantage of the mega backdoor Roth. How often do people roll it over to their Roth IRA account? Like every month? I understand that any gains rolled over would be subject to tax but don’t expect it much given the market is down currently.

Last Spring I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. When I was diagnosed, I think I had had it for several years. My doctor put me on a diabetes med (my A1C was 10.2 and my blood sugar was 270). I knew I didn’t want to deal with the adverse effects of this disease, so I made some drastic dietary changes, started exercising, and brought my blood sugar down. I am now back in the pre-diabetic range, and I got off my diabetes meds. I lost 40 lbs. and feel great! Take care of yourselves! It’s important

I so badly wanted to get offer letter and resign from my company.

Now I have OL and serving notice, still I’m not happy and want to go for higher package and better offer.

Seems like, This is a never ending rat race, what do you guys do to relax? To have some quality time? I am somehow not able to enjoy my life and this hits me hard quite often.

Also it’s easy to see people earning double with same YOE. Do you guys feel the same?

I have an offer and want to negotiate

1. London base salary but I have to absorb all the expenses (train + stay)
I am thinking to negotiate to

2. home base salary and have my expenses paid for

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.

We are up to a massive 22 members! I know there are more Wagon Wheel Fish out there. Reel them in all!

How would you respond to “Send me an email” while making a cold call?

When moving to Google, did you take a lower base salary than your existing knowing you get the equity grant?

I’m trying to wrap my head around potentially taking a lower salary, knowing I’m being compensated in equity as well. How often are you paid the equity? Is it only at the end of the year? Monthly? Would be great to get some insight on how the equity grant works.

I work at st Christopher’s hospital for children in Philadelphia PA. And RD starting salary is $61,000. I think this is very poor for having a specialty and going thru 5-8 years of schooling with 3.5 years experience. The hospital also did not give the clinical nutrition department a bonus because we aren’t considered direct patient care?? We are 100% direct patient care on the floors and every unit. I recently got offered a clinical admin position, would this count as clinical exp?
Thanks
