Received a job offer today and unsure how to proceed. The role is lateral but with more opportunity to advance. The offer consists of a 17% base salary increase, a 25% annual bonus structure, and a signing bonus of 25% of my base. I feel that the offer is fair but the downside is fewer vacation days. I intend to negotiate the vacation time but as far as the compensation I am unsure if I should negotiate.. the offer is fair and I don't want to be greedy but I don't want to miss an opportunity

Negotiation an offer with a T2 tech company for an L4 position. Comp for this role is fixed at an 80/20 split between base and bonus. I am in a LCOL with 4 YOE.

Offered:
Base: $160k
Target Bonus: $40k
RSUs: $70k/4 years
TC: $217.5k

My ask:
Base: $170k
Target Bonus: $42.5k
RSUs: $70k/4 years (can't budge on this)
Signing Bonus: $10k
TC: $230k

It's really just a 5.7% increase from the initial offer. Thoughts? I read about 2nd year signing bonuses in tech and asked for one, but they said no

I applied for a role in Accenture. Gave the skill assessment test and also the technical interview. After the interview, the HR called within one week and asked for the details and expected CTC. I gave the required information. But after that the portal is still now showing as Interview/Interviewing. On checking with the person I got referral, I got to know that they are saying that I haven't attended my skill assessment. There might be any glitch. What should I do as of now?
