Can anyone help me evaluate whether I should take an exit opportunity. Currently in big 4 (fsrm) and have the opportunity to join a f250 payments firms internal strategy division. They report directly to the c-suite and said they mainly focus on strategy or M&A and don’t do implementation. The team seems really nice but I’m just worried about leaving consulting and leaving the accelerated progression. Would love some insights as I’m fairly lost on what to decide. Thanks!
My fiance's job is actively looking to fill an entry level cyber/IT role. This person would ideally have 2-3 years experience in help desk support, PM support, IT, or cyber security. The position would be based in Maryland. DM me if interested.
Crushed 3 interviews today with 4 more this week! After a month of dropping apps and networking, it looks like there’s finally payoff! Keep pushing! You guys got this!
Anyone still interviewing with Corona? Nyc is basically half-shut down so my upcoming interviews are remote... Curious how many companies are comfortable with giving offers out without meeting F2F
Hi all. Looking for someone who has insights into the Programmatic Solutions Consultant role. I have been looking for a new role recently and this one stood out to me. Anyone here I can DM so I can do some due diligence before I apply. Thanks and have a great week everyone!
Does anyone have experience working in an Organizational Development/Human Capital role for the The Walt Disney Company? I would love to hear what’s it’s like working for this company.
Would you take a long vacation over a retention bonus/signing bonus? Basically, I’ve already made hours in June. I’m getting crushed at work and my firm doesn’t seem to be keen on providing extra bonuses. It seems like they are okay (at least for now) with me taking 3.5 weeks off in august and some time off in October, to try to relax and prevent me from hitting 2800 hours this year. If given the choice, would you take this, or start interviewing to get a signing bonus (and maybe retention)?
Google TAM - 2nd attempt after a year Hey peeps, wanted to know is there anyone who tried for 2nd time to get a job in Google (for any role). Would like to know in 2nd attempt do they raise the interview bar or ask more hard questions ? Any inputs are appreciated. TIA #GCP #TAM #Interview #Google

How much of a dead end is going to a sr. revenue accounting analyst role in industry? What exit opportunities are there?
Is ghosting job candidates the new norm? You go through extensive, multistep interview processes with many people, have an in person interview and then never hear back from the HR.
just bc I saw some uneducated BCG consultant go off on affirmative action today ...affirmative action/diversity hiring doesnt tip the scale in favor of minorities, it balances the scale

Help? Been offered a business development role at GLG. I work in commercial banking. Got 24 hours to respond. I am a finance analyst but offered a job in the team and wondering how hard do they go in on sales? They said no financial targets until year 2 but I’m sceptical. I’ve never done sales before either and the job involves prospect and account mapping. I was offered the job due to my transferable skills. I will be in a small team of 4 but my role is the only business development position.
Hi. Does anyone have any estimate what the min, midpoint, and max comp is for a director at Microsoft?
Both my wife and I work for FAANG companies. As the stock has recently gone through the roof I was wondering if we should try to protect the gains (covered call/put options). Understand we will be giving up upside but we might need to liquidate in about a year or so for a down payment. Any one ever done that? How would you think about the strategy here?
I’m really struggling mentally. The understanding of how insanely busy and overwhelming it will be because of this COVID-19 crap is giving me severe anxiety and panic attacks. I want to leave so badly but no one is hiring right now. I don’t know what to do. I feel trapped with no way out.

Currently working on plan C of a honeymoon as we don’t expect to be able to go Europe in June/July as hoped. Plan A and B were variations of Italy (relax) and Spain (mountain biking). Hoping to use bonvoy points. Any US centered suggestions? Maybe refocusing on golf/warmth/spa/food now.
Offered full-time at McKinsey (mid-sized city, hometown) and Bain (large city) out of MBA program. Generalist roles for both, comp is the same. Moderate interest in PE post-consulting. Thoughts?
