Get an offer and accept. Work there until retirement. On your last day, tell them all you were never interested in them anyway

likefunnysmart

You do not have to worry about letting them know. They are practicing too. Quid pro quo.

But why? Why would you make everyone do all that work to get you an offer when you have no interest? Why would you risk someone else losing out on what could be a very important job for them so you can practice?

Don’t feel bad. You have every right to gauge your market value and become comfortable and prepared for a situation that greatly impacts your life.

like

Don’t do this.

like

After offer, and tell them it’s because it’s not competitive enough. That way you can help the next candidate out, potentially

I usually just don't respond when they ask for times when I'm available

Companies ghost us all the time

OP how do you have time for all this?

Takes 2hrs on a Friday, no biggy

AITA: Started a new job last Dec, the SM who interviewed me latched onto me from Day 1. She would call me multiple times throughout the day to gossip about other people and complain about the firm (🚩 🚩 🚩). At first, I thought it was nice to have an acquaintance at a new company but it became too much when she started subtly putting me down with passive-aggressive comments and coming to me to help with her work, but taking the credit (cont)

Co B's interview structure is 3 rounds and I've finished my 2nd round today. But I have never had to do a case study before Other than the Jeff Sipe recommendations, anything else anyone recommends I believe this might be a for generalist TAM probably l4/l5 (I have 5.5 YOE)

NP warned of exercising as this should not be my priority now (which I agree) he warned from any running/or weight lift (were talking 40-70 lbs). Ob was so flexible about it and said I can maintain my routine as long as not exhausted.
