I was 12 minutes late to an interview for the most ideal role I’ve come across in a long time. I feel like an idiot - probably lost my shot there and then. Interview went well, but being late probably screwed me over
Currently have a 2nd interview with MD at another big 4 for salesforce practice. Currently at 3 YOE so interviewing for experienced A/1st year SA role. Any tips or insights for the interview? Would greatly appreciate it
I’m a non-traditional UG student veteran at Yale University w/10 YoE in the intel community, 1YoE contracting for a 3 letter agency and had an IB internship with an NY-based BB last year (received FT offer but turned it down for family reasons). Graduate in May ‘22 & major in poly sci. Applying for FT roles with MBB this summer and am wondering if anyone had any advise on other consulting firms worth applying to? I’m sure I’m overlooking some firms & Yale CS hasn’t been very helpful. Thank you!
I used to sleep 7 hrs a night, but lately I’ve been interviewing places which has raised my stress levels by a lot. Currently sleep 4-5 hrs a night. I got a good job offer but I still can’t get to the sleeping hours I was comfortable with. Has anyone else had this? Any advice?
How far out can you typically set up interviews? Can I take two weeks before first interview?
How many rounds of interviews are normal for a small, independent agency? I’m in the process of interviewing for an associate account executive (entry level) position if that helps! I’ve had a phone screen and one virtual interview with the co-founders so far.
What to do if even after a lot of preparation, something or the other goes wrong in interviews? 😔 Am I doing something wrong? In the prep, everything goes well. Feeling completely lost.

Interviewing at Salesforce right now for a Solutions Engineer role. I have an interview with the VP tomorrow. Anyone have any advice? I keep getting the feedback that I am too “structured” and too much of a consultant. 💩 Oh the irony.
Whats the etiquette when youve gotten an offer, you counter, and they agree to your counter? Is it wrong to ask for some time to think about it if youre still interviewing with other companies? How to delay?
Stuck and need advice. Had been gearing up for a 3 day arbitration. I've done 70% of the work and senior partner just started stepping in as the hearing got closer. Also have my final interview for a new job this week and was told I'll have the offer. Plan was to put in notice, 2nd chair the hearing then start new job. Today, arbitrator postponed the hearing but without setting a new date. Want the new job, but feel bad leaving partner to do arb at some unknown point in the future. Thoughts?

If you’ve gotten an offer from one shop while you’re in the 2nd round of interviews with a few others, is there a ‘best practices’ for being diplomatic whilst using it to your advantage?
Interview feedback: my answers weren’t concrete enough. I answered questions by sharing my work process, then sharing an example from prior projects and in the example I included how I prepare, who I involve, what that looks like day to day, types of required meetings and what is discussed, how I make decisions, etc. I’m looking for tips on how I can address this feedback? I have fulfilled the responsibilities of the role I applied for so I have the experience. Just need to frame it right.
How good is a verbal offer from a reputable company? I’m talking Fortune 500. I’ve been interviewing for a while now and I finally got an offer (albeit verbal) and I can’t help but put doubts in my mind that something will go south
Just spoke to someone who landed an interview at their dream company. They didn’t get it through applying. Here’s what they did instead: 1. They studied the job post. 2. They identified that the reason for the hire was to generate more company revenue. 3. They connected the company to a few potential customers by doing a quick looking through their network and messaging warm contacts. Unsurprised they got an interview out of it. Whats the best way you’ve seen someone land an interview?
Folks - how do you prep for case interviews in half a week? Any resources you would point me towards? It’s been over 5 years since I last had interviews. Sure I am in consulting but I honestly don’t do this thing on the day to day so am very sure will be very rusty.
Is TAS/FDD just glorified audit? What exactly is it like working in this line of business? I’m considering applying to jobs to transition into it but I don’t want to be falsely sold into it the way I was with audit. Also, does it provide better exit ops than audit?
