Was interviewing with Google

First interview was RRK and Leadership. Got feedback after interview that I am moving onto next round.

Had my next one on Googliness and GCA. Received feedback that I am now moving onto HM round.

Few days later, I get a call saying that the first interviewer has now changed their mind and have evaluated me on themes beyond (area they were not interviewing for and have changed their mind post feedback submission and my next round)

What should I be doing?

I had an interview and the recruiter (White F) could not stop talking about DEI and POC % hires. It’s great yes but I didn’t even mention or ask about it yet. Barely had time to talk about myself. I was slightly uncomfortable. She made me feel like a diversity hire.

I had an interview last Tuesday at a Law firm that I reallllyyy like, this was the second interview with 2 partners. In my opinion, the interview went well. I answered their questions and towards the tail end of the interview, it was very conversational. But I also understand that it ultimately matters how they think the interview went. I want to follow up about the next steps, and want to know A: is it advisable? B: what should I say without coming off annoying? C: is it too early to reach out?

Does anyone work for Omnicell as a Clinical Trainer? I’m in the interview process now and communication has not necessarily been that great with it being seemingly rushed then with gaps and then being passed to other recruiters who asked me the same question and act like I should be further along in the process then having to get back to me because they need to talk to somebody else. It appears very disorganized but not sure if this is just an HR issue or if there’s a reason

Hey all! Heading into my 4th interview at a global SaaS company this week. I have a year of product marketing experience at a startup (I'm owning all PM efforts for a massive product), and the role I applied for asked for 3-5 years of experience.

Any tips on how I can prep for these interviews? They're with a few Sr. Product Marketing Managers on the team. I've already done an HR screening, call with the hiring manager, and deeper dive with another Sr. PMM.

Thoughts on remote work flexibility for an ACD role? Currently interviewing with a global footwear brand and they originally mentioned they want a hybrid (at office + at home) hire, which would require me to relocate.

Everyone talks about the benefit of a school’s network. What is that benefit? Will alumni just give you automatic interviews when applying/increased odds of a job offer? Are they more likely to fund your company if you are in a startup?

Im on L1A visa with PwC and can apply for EB1C ( no PERM needed) after 1 year. Question is - if I want to switch companies, can new employer sponsor my GC. If yes, then can they apply for EB1C category too or only EB2 for which PERM is required?

For all the Google employees, what are some of the perks and policies related to the devices we get eg mobiles laptops etc. and other nice perks that you enjoy?
