If an offer includes $160k in equity over 4 years, you would get $40k per year, right? Do companies give a refresher each year, so that the second year, you might get $40k from your first grant and another $40k from your second grant? Are people making 4x the equity their 4th year in house if they get a refresher every year?

A recruiter reached out to me about a semi-remote position with a pay range from $165-225k for 1,700 hours, “no real floor.” I make $350k plus equity now, between in-house and my own clients, plus equity, and have a chance to make $100- 200k more in the next year. I told them my current comp up front, recruiter still scheduled the interview, but I feel like I’m wasting everyones time. Its a neat firm and position would be of interest to me, but also not 100% fit. Should I even interview?

Just got an offer from Amazon for $345 TC as an L6 non-technical manager. Location is So Cal and I have 15+ yoe. I am trying to understand what others like me are making there. Does this offer sound good? Anyone know the range for that role?
