I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

Learn sql and Python. Don’t even worry about AWS until you know some open source tools. Look at maybe doing a boot camp of some kind given your industry pivot which could help make up for any lack of industry experience that would show upon your resume
Would also add in regards to Bootcamps, most offer great networking opportunities to get your foot in the door.

While I am not opposed to learning those, I am currently in a position where I need to get a job soon. Any recommendations for that?
Btw, I forgot to mention that I am doing an MBA currently with Project Management specialization. That's probably important info
I’d try applying to smaller shops and working your way up. I’m a fairly new grad who started in advertising analytics and now work in ops analytics for a major airline. A lot of my earlier jobs gave me exposure to a lot of the tools I use now. Big thing for you is going to be networking. What city are you in?
