I am leaving for money but what reason I should give to next employer that seems legit .... avoiding to bitch about my low pay

If your pay is low, it is legitimate to say that you're not being compensated fairly

You can always tell them that you are employed happily, have a network and future at your current employee but your market value is higher than your current salary. You are open to jump off the ship if another similar level of company if offering you "xxx" much.

I'd hate to be your new employer, coming in dishonest off the bat.

Humor me PwC1. Do explain how one being honest about finding dishonesty spelling is "douche"?

Go ahead and define douche for us while you're at it.

Don't go misusing colloquial terms, you might get put on the spot

Deflecting and dodging my questions? Unsurprising. Not taking you seriously until you answer my question and define the word douche PwC1. 👌 til then, ta ta!

What were paid a d and what are you gonna get?

OP 98 is higher end of associate salary in pwc.

D1 don't be a D

Everyone lies. Can bet that you do too. Honesty @ workplace is overrated. Put yourself in OPs shoes.

If they were underpaying you that bad I would legit just tell them that is the reason

Yeah, I'm with D1, despite the fact that he can't apall. Just tell the truth. Nobody who isn't a tool will care.

All of you being super honest have never been in a situation where you were severely underpaid - spoiler alert ---- it SUCKS !!! It's even worse when you can't get out of the black hole and nervous no one else will see your worth. No future employer is going to give you a significant bump to make you feel better if you're severely low to begin with. This is a reality.
When I switched from ACN to Deloitte I made the case for myself and have been able to prove it since then without lying about salary but I was also very confident about what I wanted and as the saying goes it's easier to find a job when you have a job. I wast worried about not getting the job at Deloitte I was just testing the waters but it ended up working out in my favor.

This is more of a rant than anything but advice is welcome. I’m so fed up with my manager micromanaging everything. We miss client deadlines frequently because deliverables are backlogged under their review, they make comments on things they weren’t in client discussions about, and won’t listen when told client wanted it X way. I’m at a loss for what to say to them because I’ve tried repeatedly to fix this to no avail.

I am a field marketer. I travel and cover 12 states. HQ is across the US on the east coast. My manager put a surprise calendar invite twice now to go to home office without consulting dates to see if we were available. I stood up and asked to be included on available dates and said I will attend virtually but asking me to be away for 4 additional full days away from my family without asking me is not OK. I already travel a lot and this boundary is super important to me. Am I right or wrong?
