I have recently been selected for a partner round at Deloitte for data science consultant position. Can someone tell me what they ask? Also what should be my expected salary in Ireland? Is it wise to state I want around 60k? Or are consultants not paid that much? Please help me. I am new to this. I have a work exp in consulting for 2.5 years and have done my masters recently. Yep though it might be prorated and only a % of the total
You’d want to read through the acceptance language. I would say most will ask for either for a partial back or full payment. Depends on your employee standing as you live in most cases.
Might this be different for senior management? Haven't heard that myself. Maybe it depends on the company
I was in the same situation recently when as per the clause, had to return the entire amount if I leave before the one year anniversary. I resigned a month before that and was three weeks shy of anniversary including my resignation period. The employer offered a couple of options to retain and I leveraged that asking to waive off the sign on bonus amount for. They happily obliged :)
Talk to your HR and tell them about your unique circumstances on why you are leaving and they would in turn talk to your manager for approval. Talk to your manager too and try to get them on your side! Good luck.
I had to pay back a percentage of mine, based on a schedule. You should be able to determine how much (if any) you'll owe back by checking your contract/offer letter.
