I am looking for a workout program that has a calendar and a set class/workout per day. I function better this way than what I’m currently doing (peloton app/peloton) where I waste a bunch of time trying to find the perfect class and don’t feel like there are any mental repercussions if i skip. I think the sweat app is similar to what I like (3-6 set workouts per week) but I’ve used that for years and am sort of tired of it. Any suggestions?

Have you checked out the programs function on the peloton app? There are also fb groups for peloton (ex.- Peloton hardCore in the floor) where people make their own calendars and share.

Blogilates! Use the BODY by Blogilates app. She is super uplifting, has challenging pilates/HIIT workouts, and the app has a great UI with pre-populated workout videos in a daily playlist tied to a calendar. You can also do them a la carte w the search function, or select a challenge streak which automatically adds those videos to your playlist

You can see your stats, completions, favorite vids — nice if you’re motivated by seeing your streaks

(Fwiw, they look very feminine bc her audience is more female, but they are not easy. My husband can’t do them! 🤷‍♀️)

Look into the Beachbody fitness library. Tons of workout programs of all kinds and majority of the programs comes with the printable calendars and nutrition guides.

I’m aware HR isn’t your friend . But is it wise to bring a discriminatory situation to them just to keep a paper trail ? Does peloton only work on your lower body? I like running and going for walks etc and am conflicted between getting a peloton vs joining a gym. Cause I live in NYC I walk quite a bit and my lower body is pretty toned but would love to have more definition/strength in my arms, stomach. What does every do for a healthy snack?
Weight loss is stagnating (23 M, 5’10” previously 210lbs 29.5% BF now 188ish lbs 21.5% BF) and I figure tuning up nutrition could be the extra kick I need.

I like RX bars, but thinking of switching to fruit with natural PB (I.e. only peanuts and oil) since guessing anything that isn’t processed will help give me that extra push to my goal (175 lbs 15% BF). Any ideas are appreciated!
