Use the BODY by Blogilates app. She is super uplifting, has challenging pilates/HIIT workouts, and the app has a great UI with pre-populated workout videos in a daily playlist tied to a calendar. You can also do them a la carte w the search function, or select a challenge streak which automatically adds those videos to your playlist
You can see your stats, completions, favorite vids — nice if you’re motivated by seeing your streaks
(Fwiw, they look very feminine bc her audience is more female, but they are not easy. My husband can’t do them! 🤷♀️)
Look into the Beachbody fitness library. Tons of workout programs of all kinds and majority of the programs comes with the printable calendars and nutrition guides. Recommend: HIIT-Insanity Max30 or P90X Strength and Cardio combined: MBF or LIIFT4 Low Impact: Barre Blend
