Does anyone work for the Office of General Counsel? Particularly the Social Security Division (and possibly social security fraud division)? I've applied but I would like some insight on the role before I make the jump.

I got promoted recently. The new pay kicks in 2 months later. I have another job offer that will pay me 30k more + 20k sign bonus. My current employer is a global org, the brand name certainly has value but they don’t pay well. When I told them about my offer and tried negotiating, they refused to budge from the num my new pay would be and offered 10k retention bonus instead. I’m one of the highest performing individuals in the team. I feel like they don’t care whether I leave or stay. Thoughts?
