I am looking for some perspectives. I’m in a technical consulting role and would like to end up as a VP or CTO one day. My plan is to go for an online MBA while working full time (6 figures hard to give up) then pivot afterwards to managing a devs or product management. I am looking at USC and some other less prominent schools on the west coast since I am located in the PST time zone.

I do not want to relocate as my partner has a job here. Any thoughts or things you would also consider?

Do you all feel that the Health Insurance choice is actually all the same? The coverage is absolutely copy and paste for Bronze to Platinum and the deductible/copay is very similar.
I just don’t understand why we have the illusion of “choice” if the offer is the same and it is really bad (in our case).
Going from $61 per paycheck for 2.5k deductible 75% copay to $500+ per paycheck with 500 deductible 85% copay.
