Hello! I have an interview with @Blizzard for a business system analyst role in a few days. It’s been scheduled such that there are 2 hour long interviews with different panels on the same day. Does anyone have any insights as to how @Blizzard interview processes go and what I should expect from it? Blizzard Entertainment

What’s your own version of 2020 getting even worse?
This guy is legit 😂
What...this isn't even humanely possible. How many vacancies are there in total?
Way too much! In my last role I had anywhere from 100-140 and honestly had zero work life balance due to this. Biggest word of advice (if you’re not already), do not work over time to keep up. I did this (recovering work-a-holic lol), and the burn out was REAL.
This is insane, also you are doing like 3 different roles in one, leave asap!! Sending strength through!
Im so sorry! That’s way too much for a team! AND recruiting/maintaining a field with extremely high turnover and burnout! Make a plan to get out of there.
Definitely getting burned out
Time to move on! No discussion necessary. I’m sure the team knows it too, but will pile it on because you seem to get the work done and save the company money because they only need you instead of the additional 3 people they should hire.
Way toooo much

WAYYYY too much. Even if you were just recruiting I feel like that many requisitions would only be feasible if you had (2) admins for preemployment screening and onboarding AND you were working with agency recruiters
We do have someone dedicated to onboarding, but this person also does other things, and has to onboard all the new hires and is feeling it too.
I made 42 offers in March and am up to 28 so far in April.
I’m thinking it’s time to skedaddle.
That's an insane workload. 20 vacancies is a lot for one person; you're in charge of three times that amount?? Plus all those other general HR duties as well? And I can't imagine you're being compensated fairly for all that extra work, either. Time to look for a new position, OP. That's wild.
I would look at another job ASAP lol
Do they divvy up their pay too when people leave?? WAY too many reqs about 2.5-3 times the high end of the standard plus admin tasks.
Thank you so much everyone for your supportive comments!! It is so very appreciated.
Almost a HR generalist, recruiting for 3. Yes, you are working a lot
It’s time to hire a generalist ..
That’s bananas my friend. Too much! We are hiring in recruiting and in HR. In Baltimore… let me know!
This is way too much for one person!
Get yourself recruited into another job. Slavery was abolished.

That's way too much. Depending on the industry you should be at approximately 5-8 people with a organization of that size.
The sweet spot vacancy wise is 30-40 without the additional HR work! My advice is to push back otherwise they’ll exploit you, threaten to leave if not sorted, if not leave!
30-40 is still high unless they are multiple seats for one requisition.
I think your gut instinct is correct and it is telling you it is too much
