I am a senior consultant (Tech Consulting) in a Big4 (India) who is promised a promotion in October. I have an offer from Accenture Ireland at CL9 level. Is it worth making the move? I have started disliking the culture in my team and thus looking for a change. It would be great if someone could help me out with this. Accenture

Would love to hear about your gardening leave experience, especially in the event production sector, i.e. Gartner, Forrester, etc. I’m planning my resignation and I’m unsure if I should plan my next endeavor around it. I plan to continue my career in event production but as an in-house producer for a solution provider, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

Not saying you have to do this, but 5 years ago i was on the same boat, and I decided to take a paycut a get into a more of an entry level job in a project environment, where the next logical step was PM. It worked out for me.
Networking would be my other advice. If you can talk to someone and have them give you chance
Thank you for the advice. I do need to network more. That is something I have not focused on doing.
The hardest part is landing the interview! But for your resume, you can highlight the projects that you have worked on. Use key words such as “led project” or “coordinated” or whatever key words used in the job listing, then state what the results were. In the interview, really focus on how you managed the project, thought processes, and really highlight the results.
You can also reach out to recruiters who can help with painting a picture of you to companies. They can also help create your “elevator pitch.”
Thank you! I have reached out to a few recruiters. I have focused mostly on company recruiters but not staffing agencies. I get with one and practice an “elevator pitch.”
