I am looking to foray into Devops for the first time. I am skilled in R programming, Data science and machine learning. What tool would be recommended and where to learn it from? I don't mind if the coding part is higher.

I have got an offer from Latvia- Europe. The salary offered (2600 euro monthly after taxes) is almost equal to what I am getting in India with exp of 5.8 years and in terms of savings I can save more in India . So I am doubtful, should I relocate or not .
Only plus point I can see is access to Europe and having international experience. Suggestions are welcomed.
