I am familiar with ASC-740 work but want some quick help about what interview questions are expected and what area I should be more focus?

Couple of days back I gave an Interview for AT&T. Interview went pretty well. It was for the ELK stack profile cum Data Analytics. Wanted to know how much should I ask if I get selected.

Below are the details:

Total Experience: 11.3 yrs
Curretnt CTC: 21 LPA
Tech Stack: Python, API, SQL, Elastic Search, Kibana, Power BI, Excel Macros, Data Analytics

If you are working in S&O for a large tech company (think Shopify/LinkedIn) would you try to join a fast growing startup for a director of ops/finance role or try to lateral into a similar S&O role in FAANG?

Interviewing right now and I left off my current job off my resume (which I’m 2 months into). I would still need to give 2 weeks notice and ideally have a week between my old job and new job, but how to negotiate this with the new company? Since they technically don’t know that I’m currently employed.

I have confirmation that I have been selected for a Program Manager Role at Ather Energy. We will be discussing offer details soon, and I am looking for some info on what the comp/CTC + signing bonus numbers look like in seasoned start-up turned-MSMEs like Ather Energy for a Program Manager role. I have 1.5 years exp and UK MSC and my market research + Ather info say that 17-18 LPA would be the right bracket to settle in. I'd however be happy to negotiate for more.

PwC partners - One of my biggest takeaways is that Directors aren’t taken care of appropriately in the firm. That includes lack of focus on their mental health, their work-life balance, unreasonable metrics, comp and bonus increases, how cohort progression is managed and transparency about the PCLDE process. This is based on my 4+ yrs as a D and talking to several folks at or outside CLEX. Several of us leave due to this - just sharing this feedback to consider.

Those of you who left for industry, what do you work towards in your role? I was reflecting on my time in public and there was always something, whether it was a new section in the file, getting more client contact, getting invited to a big golf outing, running the jobs, managing the jobs, etc. I worry that leaving would leave me bored and not motivated to hit any sort of goal. I’m burnt out and worry that I’m making a rash decision lol. Thoughts?
