Currently at ADP, been here for 4 years, degree in Pre-Med Biology. Have both Inside and Outside Sales experience partnering with CPA firms/current clients/prospects for about 4 years and starting a new channel with DEI Organizations/Networking Groups for B2B. ADP has a great comp plan but my base is 48K and even with the commission I feel like I’m getting taken advantage of/not getting what I’m worth. After 4 years, I feel it’s time to move on. Since starting at this company in January 2022, they’ve increased my base pay from 75k to 85k. Moved me in a desirable territory to maximize sales. allowed me to speak and train reps for what has been working. Given me the freedom to work strategies that work for me.

I absolutely love this company so far. I know my worth is higher than 85k base but sheesh. The way they value me and treat their employees right. Maybe it’s worth the lesser pay?
