ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. Pretty much you have to already know people.
You can start with a good LinkedIn profile, awesome resume, and probably a website that makes you look like a consulting company. Don't use cheesy ugly templates. Do something nice.
Cold calling isn't easy. I know people that work hard writing articles and giving speeches to promote their business. I don't know how well it works. Sometimes they seem desperate, so maybe not that well.
The hardest part of most businesses is sales.
