IBM - good wlb ,but very less hike
Citi - bad wlb, but good hike
As a data analyst from citi, I can tell you that Citi is a good choice. Wlb is average, pay is always competitive, work is decent, lots of perks and benefits, and the opportunity to grow and get exposure is super high. I was able to go on-site with less than 2 years experience in citi
Thanks for your response! Looking forward to joining Citi! :)
No Deloitte. Work life balance is not good here. It's not just my team, I have seen it across teams.
Sure. Would love to share insights.
There are pros and cons so please take informed decision.
Thanks guys. I was keen on joining Citi and your responses have given me more confidence. Will be joining Citi soon! 😊
Cool congratulation on your all offers.

Deloitte for your YOE
Citi :)
Yes

I’d say Citi or Deloitte ☺️
Skill set?
Big data
Do not join Citi. No process, no technical learning, worst management, only money is good. Weekend support without any compoff or allowance. Most of the time you will be on prod support. Rest is your choice.
There is a comp off if you work for 6 hours
