I am new joiner @ HPE . What is the minimum hike you can expect during appraisal for an average or 3/5 performing employee?

Hey Fishes!!! So I have joined in June in CIB Tech and I had my appraisal discussion today. I was told that because you are comparatively new - we are giving you default rating of OOO.
Question: Isn’t 6 months time good enough to gauge an experienced person basis on performance? Cause I have literally worked 10-12hrs on a daily basis.
How much hike can I expect now?

I have total 9 yrs of experience and 5 yrs of relevant experience as a Salesforce developer.
What CTC I can expect?

I also worked on some of the AWS Services like
EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS. I mean I use them by going to the Management console. Also has knowledge in VPC, subnets, security groups but i tend to forget some of these concepts.
