If a band 8 gets promoted to band 7 in oct cycle, is there a revision in pay from oct onwards?
Is this pay hike done to match min salary in band 7 or in general?
(Someone i know is band 8 and ctc is near median of band 7 already. If he gets promoted, will he get a hike or not?)

Hi Fishes, how many yoe is required to move from grade 8 to 7?

Is committed pay any different from the previous variable pay (that was 10% of the gross salary)?

I heard that people would be paid the whole variable amount now, irrespective of performance (amount depending on the no. of months they have worked in Fractal in that FY). If that is the case, it is quite less than what I estimated. Am I missing anything?
