What are some ways that I can actually learn accounting standards and gain technical knowledge? I feel like I’m too focused on checking the boxes to get work done - should I spend time to read actual guidance? What do PPMDs do differently to get to their level of expert knowledge?

CSX-P - Cybersecurity Practitioner Certifications by ISACA. Any experience or opinions on this certification and can it be done by someone with minimal IT background?? Website is a bit convoluted, but there doesn’t seem to be any prerequisites.

The main partner I work for is constantly trying to set “legal traps” to see if I fall into them. For example, he ask me a specific legal question (to which he already knows the answer) to see if I am able to deliver. I’m so nervous now (this has been going on for over a year) that I often end up falling into his trap by doing (stupid) mistakes. What do you advise me to do? My self confidence is slowly getting destroyed. This does not happen with other partners.

Post my MBA (Fin), I've been working in a bank as a Relationship Manager for over a year. I've realized majority of roles in banking are sales profiles (also less learnings and repetitive work) . I'd consider myself a good analyst rather than a salesperson.
