Hi folks, my employer is kicking off my green card process. I am currently in the beginning, filling out employment questionnaires, and working in the paperwork necessary to initiate the petition.

However, during my F-1 years, I engaged in unauthorized work for a small advertising agency.

Is it a requirement to bring up that period within the forms, or should I omit to facilitate the process and to avoid any surprises?

Do I need to file an H1B amendment if I move to another apartment and do a short term lease? Thanks.

In august I’m coming up to 1 year anniversary at work. I wfh and reside in Houston. I’m feeling underpaid for the 7 years of experience I have in immigration. My Dropbox processing status changes from "administrative processing" to "issued" today. From experience, any idea when the passport will be sent to/be available at the Dropbox location?

I went to India for Visa stamping and my Visa was issued last Thursday. However, vfs hasn’t returned my passport since and the status keeps showing ‘Origination Scan’.
