Is anyone else finding it difficult to get a raise this year because of market conditions? I moved from a business analyst role to a management role and didn't get a raise even though I'm taking on significantly more work. The terrible market conditions are what my boss pointed to. Is this happening at other companies also?

I am currently working as a senior connsultant in my project. My work is to supervise and help my team members overcome any hurdles or help them put away blockers. But I dont want to do this, instead I want a direct client facing role(onshore oppurtunity). How do I tell my director about it in a humble way, so that he doesn't get a wrong picture of me. It's become clear the role is something I'm very well qualified for, but their pay expectations for the role are much lower than mine. Hi everyone, I landed an interview with a resort as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, What are some tips you can give me to ace this interview.

I am interviewing for a new IT Manager position. I started putting out soft feelers and then hit the hunt harder. The problem: I have one offer and need to give an answer by next Wednesday. I have two other opportunities that are in final steps but probably won’t have offers by next Wednesday. Both of the other offers will be higher pay but clearly are uncertain for offers. Do I accept the offer I have, which is a good one or wait for the other two to finalize and possibly miss out altogether?

So frustrated! My husband had severals with a company called Kabafusion and they gave a verbal offer. All he was waiting for was the official offer letter which never came. Now his HR contact won’t even txt or call him for an update.
