Larsen & Toubro Guys , Please advice me on below scenario. Suppose we have offer of Company A of 10 LPA ,later we receive call from Company B then they will ask Do you have Offer in-hand? Now my question is , do we need to tell them that I have offer OR let all the round get complete ?
Thought behind asking this question is, in first call if we tell them that I have offer then they might not go with next rounds.

I did two IUIs and then went to IVF. What I didn’t anticipate is how many rounds of egg retrievals I would have to go through — my RE does a minimal stimulation protocol b/c they prefer quality over quantity and we had one round that sadly yielded no viable embryos — so the whole process felt even more drawn out, since I also needed time for my body to recover from the stims before going to transfer. And even then, unforeseen things can come up that delay transfer (lining quality, hormone levels, etc.). I talked to other friends who also had no success with IUIs, and they all said they would’ve just gone straight to IVF had they known.
My husband and I had unexplained infertility as well and went through 5 IUIs before moving on to IVF because I didn’t understand my insurance coverage 🤦♀️. Thought I needed to do 6 IUIs but that was the plan limit. The requirement before IVF coverage would kick in was 3 IUIs for me. When we finally did IVF, our fresh transfer failed, we had to wait a month, and then did a natural frozen transfer cycle which was a success. Baby #1 is happy and healthy. Thinking about starting the process again for baby #2 and just dreading going through all this again. Hang in there! It can be such a long process!
I did 6 IUI's and will start IVF this month. Depending on your age and insurance coverage, go to IVF as soon as you can if you have fertility issues.
It was 2.5 years for us. Hang in there!!!
I chose IVF early on because of preserving future fertility (freezing embryos). If getting baby number one is hard, it’s not going to be easier if I want baby two or more.
I had 3 unsuccessful IUIs. We are currently on our first IVF round. To be honest I wished we did this first instead of the IUI for better chance of success
I went straight to IVF after 1 failed IUI. Personally I have not heard any success stories with IUI 😞
I also did 3 IUIs before going to IVF. Now I wish I'd gone to IVF sooner. I was hoping an IUI would work (I hate needles). Have now done 2 IVF cycles with no luck. And the IVF finally gave a clue that my egg quality was bad; all my bloodwork had looked normal until then. My doctor ended up testing my free testosterone levels, as that can cause bad egg quality (but is treatable!), and my levels indeed were high. Haven't started cycle 3 yet but crossing fingers that it'll go better.
We had 3 unsuccessful IUIs. We were going to move to IVF but tried acupuncture for 2 months before that. We got pregnant naturally so we are a big proponent of acupuncture as it changed our lives
Selected someone close to home and in network. Twice a week for about 7-8 weeks (although the first two weeks it was once a week)
I believe after 3 unsuccessful IUI cycles they recommend going to IVF..?
Depending on the RE.. but yes, generally it’s 3-4
Age? Lab numbers? Underlying concerns? What does your RE say?
Do you have a diagnosis of infertility? Some insurance carriers will cover IVF with a diagnosis of infertility. I would just go for IVF if possible, especially if you want multiple kids. Your egg quality degrades every year. I wish I hadn't waited so dang long.
